倫敦回憶錄-20080303

Okay, the time is 00:30 on 4th March, so this article is talking about "yesterday".

I made a huge mistake at buying "麵包粉". My friend told me that would be more delicious if I put some "麵包粉" on mushroom with cheese to bake. Then, I bought the wrong product!!! I bought a pack of "Bread Mix"- for baking...

算了,沮喪,看來,這一包"Bread Mix"還得要我遠在瑞典的表姐提供一下配方,才能夠順利變成麵包吧...

今天用了好友羅依的配方要做馬鈴薯餅,又另外加了碎洋蔥,但,煎起來有點怪,可能我的印象還停留在日式的可樂餅之類的東東,那種外面有裹一層炸粉的那種,所以,就把還沒煎的六塊馬鈴薯餅加了起司丟到烤箱去烤,所幸我的巴西利尚存,所以就拔了些葉子,學傑米奧利佛隨便用手弄碎灑在焗烤好的馬鈴薯上,我同學說還不錯吃,但我希望可以做出更美味,更有賣像的料理壓...



順便po一下昨天的白醬花椰菜焗烤義大利麵,我覺得這個玻璃盤買的好,什麼食物看起來都好好吃的樣子...
